Bajgle Króla Jana was opened in 2015 in the heart of the Old Town in Szczecin, next to the Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle and the Old Town-Hall.

It was established because of love for those little-hole buns and good food, with passion and the will to help others find joy.

Our bagels are 100% natural.

We make them by our own secret recipe. We only use the best ingredients and no preservatives and no raising agents.

Every single bagel is formed by hand and then is slowly growing to get its bagly nature.

Following hundreds of years’ tradition, we bath our bagels in boiling water before they are baked in a bread oven.

A unique recipe and traditional methods guarantee that our bagels’ taste is exactly as it should be. Their crumb is bouncy and thick and their crust is crunchy.

Despite the bagels have been becoming more and more popular in Poland, we are still one of the few places where bagels are made on our own, all natural, and using traditional methods and recipes.

We offer bagels in many tastes: dry, sweet, vegetarian and vegan.

Since May 2018, we have also been running our business in the Jeżyce district of the city of Poznań with the same passion and philosophy.
