We decided to open a food-sharing restaurant as we believe that this is the coolest way of eating food.

We never stop looking for the best ingredients – starting with types of fish, through rare types of seafood from around the Mediterranean Sea and exquisite meats, to spices. We combine them all to create something beautiful.

We pair our dishes with the best of wines – our extensive wine menu, which can be compared to that at the best wine bars, is designed by our sommeliers.

At FOLGA, you can easily order several plates for your table and just try everything – combine and mix the tastes, and just enjoy sharing food.
