Our menu is based on Polish and German cuisine, which goes perfectly with beer. We also offer pizzas from a wood-fired oven, pastas and salads.

Our dishes are prepared with fresh products, we even bake our own bread!

At Nowy Browar Szczecin, you can drink fresh, unpasteurized, natural beer brewed on site by one of the best Polish brewers, Michał Grossmann, who uses the German Kaspar-Schulz equipment.

We brew beer in accordance with the Bavarian purity law (Reinheitsgebot) from 1516!
